Under general supervision of the Deputy Director of Revenue Management and Business Operations within the department of Financial Affairs, administer policies and procedures by which contracts are executed for the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University, on behalf of its School of Medicine (SOM), and SIU Physician & Surgeons, Inc d/b/a SIU HealthCare (HC). Establish and maintain standards of good business practice, sound fiscal management, compliance with governmental agencies and protection of the University and SIU HealthCare as criterion for preparation, analysis, and approval of contractual arrangements by the University and SIU HealthCare.
