SSM Health Dean Medical Group has an exciting opportunity for a family medicine physician located just 40 miles north of Madison, Wisconsin in the scenic community of Baraboo, Wisconsin.

Qualifications:
MD or DO with board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine
