The Associate Director oversees daily operations in the Sadler Center and Briggs Amphitheater, ensuring a high-quality client and student experience. Responsibilities include managing event logistics, coordinating with campus partners through various review and planning processes, and ensuring proper maintenance and lifecycle replacement of the equipment and infrastructure of the Sadler Center. The position also plays a vital role in departmental leadership and emergency preparedness planning. In addition to event and facilities management, the role also includes duties such as acting as the Director’s delegate, assisting in planning and allocating area budgets, as well as using the built environment to enhance a sense of community and belonging on campus. The position is also responsib
