The Operations Specialist is responsible for performing maintenance and custodial tasks on the University-Student Union facilities, including, but not limited to, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, furnishings upkeep, floor maintenance, housekeeping, and preventive maintenance.  The Operations Specialist assists with building services tasks, programs/events, and different activity committees as needed.
