•Meal Plan: $100 dining dollars/month
•Tuition waiver of $15,000.00 per contract year. No more than two classes per term may be taken during first year.

The Graduate Assistant (GA) role is a live-in position working in the Student Union Office. Direct supervision of Campus Concierge, will be this position’s primary responsibility.
Extensive evening and weekend hours are required, with formal hours arranged with the supervisor. The Student union GA reports to the Director of the Student Union. The position will also require on-call hours that will be rotated with other Graduate Assistants.

The GA must take two graduate courses each term. (The position is contingent upon acceptance into a graduate program at the university.)
Manage Student Information Desk
Manages campus shuttle service, including scheduling routes, Programming special trips, advertising, Tracking passenger ridership, and maintaining the online SHUttle tracking system.
Assist with the creation and implementation of a student-employee development program.
Supervise Student Union Manager Staff, including scheduling, staff development, and evaluation.
Serves as the Student Union Web content manager.
Serve duty hours, evening events, and service supervision on a rotating basis.
Participate in staff and departmental meetings and development opportunities.
Prepares weekly/monthly reports as required by the Director
Assume other projects as assigned by Director and meets weekly to discuss events and budgeting pertaining to area of supervision.
Collaboratively assist with Student Life initiatives such as Campus Life Leadership Awards, Retention Efforts, Social Programs, Program Assessment, and the Lecture Series.
Assists with coordinating summer conferences/camps for on and off-campus groups.
Facilitate the day-to-day operations of the summer conference program to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and revenue goals are met.
Bachelor’s degree. Undergraduate experience in Student Union operations, programming, excellent organizational skills, strong commitment to student development, a team atmosphere, and computer skills.
