The Associate Director – Event Services position operates as the primary decision maker for Event Services in the absence of the Director of Event Services. This position serves on the leadership team for Event Services at the Carolina Union. Working in close collaboration with the Director and Assistant Director of Event Services, this position works to develop, implement, and assess policies and procedures, and initiatives and assesses long-term goals for the Office of Event Services.
