Job Description: Job Summary: The Director of Operations provides overall leadership and supervision of the following operations: Union building services, other Auxiliary Services facilities operations, Event Management and Union Theater. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, repairs, renovations, capital improvements, property/space inventory, including 12 dining venues, Bookstore, Club at Union Square, Union and warehouse space. Also supervises custodial services, key distribution, and Information Desk for the Union. Supervises 5 direct reports and is responsible for approximately 20 trades/classified employees.  Monitors budgets. May involve some evenings/nights, occasional duty for extended business hours and coverage during campus
