Summary of Position The Director of Campus Life is responsible for the design and implementation of innovative social, educational, cultural, and developmental programs and services that foster individual and community development and create an atmosphere where students can connect, engage, and invest in the Augsburg community; enhance the incoming first-year and transfer day program student experience outside of the classroom through quality transitional programs as well as through leadership education; and supervise the full-time assistant director, student veteran representative, student paraprofessionals, student workers, and when applicable, graduate student interns.Primary ResponsibilitiesManage the Campus Lif
