Job Summary: The Intake Manager oversees the daily operations of event intake for Wisconsin Union spaces, non-curricular campus classrooms, outdoor spaces, and other campus spaces. This includes the following critical responsibility areas: Direct supervision of three FTE intake coordinators, as well as a team of four to eight student interns. Oversight of student labor budget. Logistical coordination of highly visible campus events. Administration of intake forms and processes via Event Management Software (EMS) and the Wisconsin Union website. Oversight of projects related to event intake, including training; policy/procedure/process development; and resource creation.
