Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree in student development, student affairs administration, higher education, or relevant field.
- 3 years of full time experience in University Union management and work with university students.
- Demonstrated knowledge of best practices for student union employee training and supervision.
- Demonstrated commitment to work with staff and students in the creation and protection of campus environments that are welcoming and inclusive for all.
- Demonstrated knowledge of 25Live and WhentoWork software.
