Associate Director, Student Center Operations
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Manages the daily operations of the Carmichael and Wilson Student Centers, including facility access, space reservations, and event/activities coordination• Serves as liaison with Building Services and Facilities to maintain proper functioning, maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of the Student Center facilities• Hires, trains, and supervises staff and student assistants in both student centers• Tracks and analyzes key metrics, maintains current inventory and usage information, and develops reports about Student Center usage to assist with assessment of the overall effectiveness of the student centers• Manages the Student Center operating and revenue budgets• Develops proposals for facility purchases repairs, and renovations p
