Summary: The Facility and Events Coordinator is a member of the Dean of Students Finance and Operations team. This is an entry level position and is responsible for overseeing day to day operations of three student facing spaces - Zick’s, the University Activities Space, and Fireside on Manchester. Responsibilities include supervision of approximately 20 student staff, general work orders, supply inventory, equipment inventory, and maintenance. The position provides support in renovation and renewal planning. In addition, the position works closely with other Campus Programs and Services staff to coordinate events and activities in these spaces.
