Administrative Coordinator for Student Activities
Job Description:The Administrative Coordinator for Student Activities is responsible for the administrative functions of the Student Activities Office (SAO) and Stephen Robert â™62 Campus Center. Reporting to the Associate Director Graduate Student Activities and Student Leadership Development, the Administrative Coordinator manages administrative systems, processes, and functions including reception, phone, and email responsibilities. The Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the management of student group information and Google systems, the event registration system (inclusive of security and facilities orders), student group communications, and the student activities website.
