This position will be vital in coordinating and executing events within the Nebraska Unions by collaborating with the Nebraska Unions Reservation staff and the customer hosting the events to ensure proper planning, development and execution from an operational view point occur for all events within Nebraska Unions facilities. This position will increase the customer service provided to each event and provide a contact to troubleshoot and correct issues as they occur. This position will serve as the initial responder to all evening and weekend emergencies either via phone or in person. This position will also assist in the development and execution of department risk management and emergency evacuation plans and implement training to staff.
