Position Description: The Campus Reservations Coordinator is a member of the University Center team. This position plans, schedules, documents, and supports service delivery for events hosted in buildings and outdoor spaces across campus. Ensuring all pertinent information is entered into the centralized scheduling software, using established policies and procedures to meet customer need and ensure event compliance with institutional policy. This position is responsible for the training and supervision of student reservations staff.
