The Assistant Director of Marketing will plan and lead the execution of the strategic marketing plans for each Business Affairs Auxiliary Services (BAAS) unit: UArizona Bookstores, Arizona Student Unions, and Parking & Transportation Services. This position will manage the Marketing Coordinators, assign and oversee their day-to-day project activities, and measure all marketing project outcomes. As a strategic marketing expert, the Assistant Director of Marketing will recommend strategies and subsequent strategy adjustments based on data analytics and will be experienced in packaging and presenting marketing recommendations and results to leadership and key stakeholders. A well-qualified applicant is a dynamic leader with team and project management experience, highly effective organization and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional level experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience, including 2 years of managerial experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
