The coordinator for Russell House events executes and coordinates the facility reservation process. The coordinator manages event details, advises clients on appropriate facility uses, food and vendor policies, and provides availability and costs of event spaces. This oversight ensures safe and well-executed events occur in the Russell House University Union to support the recruitment and retention goals of the university. Primary duties include: Serve as primary scheduler for events and activities in University Union facilities. This includes event planning functions with clients and campus partners.
