The Executive Director of Dining Services provides leadership to enhance the campus community food services experience by overseeing a broad range of services including residential dining, catering, retail & concept food operations to support the diverse needs of UConn. The Executive Director leads the programmatic, operational, and financial administration of a multi-faceted, self-operated Dining Services program at the Storrs, Avery Point, and Law School campuses.
