Job Summary/Basic Function: As a director within the division of Student Affairs, this position has broad responsibility for providing the overall leadership and direction of student involvement and engagement at Millersville University which includes oversight of university clubs and organizations, Fraternity and Sorority Life, student leadership opportunities, Veteran student services, and commuter/off-campus engagement. This is achieved through Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, Fraternity and Sorority Life, Student Organizations, Leadership development programs, and Campus Activities. Together with a team of professionals and student leaders, the director implements large scale campus wide engagement initiatives and educational programming.Loc
