The Assistant Director of the Highlander Union Complex is responsible for direct oversight, vision and direction over HUB Programming and the Highlander Union Manager program, including recognition, recruitment and training. Under the general supervision of the Director, this position is also responsible for providing comprehensive support to the department in the areas of Audio/Visual management and scheduling, student employment, event approval, recognition programs and the Cultural Funds program. This position will also support general Student Life functions and events as needed.

Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience/training.	Required
Master's degree.	Preferred

Experience Requirements

6 - 10 years of related experience.	Required
Experience with utilizing audio/visual equipment for events, conferences and general meetings	Preferred
