Reporting the Vice President of Student Life and Chief Diversity Officer (VPSL-CD), the Dean of Students is responsible for the strategic director of their assigned areas. The Dean works to enhance students’ learning and engagement experience at NMT by applying student development theory and learning outcomes that promote students' academic and personal success, thereby increasing student learning, satisfaction, and retention. The Dean plays a key role in the development of university policy and participates in institutional planning, evaluation, and assessment.
