This position will work with departments and external clients of the the university to advance and coordinate events. Much of the job consists of providing audio, video, and technical support for events in Conference and Event Services venues including Baker University Center, Memorial Auditorium, Galbreath Chapel, and Walter Hall Rotunda. This individual must be able to work smoothly in a fast-paced event environment with frequent interruptions and have a high level of emotional intelligence. This individual must possess a high level of cultural competency to make sure all people’s identities and perspectives are welcomed in the Conference and Event Services venues.Primary Accountabilities:Operating Events – large events where technical coordination is required direct
