Work with departments and external clients of the the university to advance and coordinate events. Much of the job consists of scheduling technical equipment, rentals, as well as the event spaces that they are taking place in. Work with Production Specialist in Conference and Event Services venues. Work with our technical employees to train them on equipment and venues. This individual must be able to work smoothly in a fast-paced event environment with frequent interruptions and have a high level of emotional intelligence.
