This position will plan and manage events taking place in venues overseen by Conference and Event Services. They will provide oversight to reservations for meeting rooms and special events spaces within Baker Center, Galbreath Chapel, Walter Hall Rotunda, as well as outdoor reservable spaces. They will assist the Associate Director and provide event planning support to clients both internal and external to the university as well as communicate information to potential and actual guests (including members of the University and Athens communities, student organizations, academic and administrative departments, community organizations, businesses, prospective students and their families, tourists, and guests of the University).
