The Operations Manager for Student Engagement and Campus Life provides oversight and leadership of Squires Student Center, Johnston Student Center, Graduate Life Center, and Owens’ Ballroom. They will ensure the Student Centers are affirming and welcoming environment as well as the central programming venues for student life The Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day building management and guest-facing operations such as the Welcome Desk and event management. Additionally, the Operation Manager leads the overall management and development of the Operations Student Staff umbrella, including recruitment, training, evaluation, and supervision, consistently ensuring policies and procedures are administered and learning outcomes are achieved.
