Manage the hiring and onboarding process for student staff for the Student & Campus Events Centers. Plan and execute the training and professional development programs for all student employees. Coordinate assessment and recognition programs for departmental efforts.

Manage the recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and offboarding processes for student staff for the Student & Campus Events Centers Team.
Supervise student staff members to assist in the successful execution of hiring and training.
Plan and execute student staff training and on-going professional development programs for all employees of the Student & Campus Event Centers Team.
Chair and/or serve as a liaison and resource for departmental committees and task forces related to student engagement and development.
Coordinate the assessment efforts related to student employee programs.
Plan and successfully execute recognition programs for student employees.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Degrees required for this job: Bachelor's degree
Degrees preferred for this job: Master's degree in Student Affairs, Counseling, Higher Education Administration or related field
Years of experience required for this job: 3-5 years job related experience
Specialized skills required for this job: Ability to use office related computer applications, communicate effectively, and build relationships. Knowledge and application of student development theory is required. Student staff supervision, recruitment, and engagement is required. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Specialized skills preferred: Human Resources experience or student staff selection and training experience.
